We have brand new Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates to help balance your budget.
Daily Rates:
Nightly Rates Starting at $99
Basic Sites – $99
Large Sites 45′ – $120
Pull-Through Premium Sites 100′ – $150
(Plus applicable tax and fees)
Weekly rate: Starting at $650 and up depending on site size (plus tax)
Monthly Rate: $1550 (plus metered electric on top of that) (Effective July 17, 2024)
Rates are for two people per site (additional person $5/day)
Pets up to two dogs: $50/month
Daily and Weekly Rates include: Sewer, Water, and Trash

First Responder / Military / Union Worker / Hospital & Student Discounts available upon Manager Approval.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made prior to 72 hours will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours will be charged 1 day’s rate and any processing fees.

No Rv? No Problem! We now have a Rental RV you can drive up and stay in. Call the office for details!
